Trying to get back inshape and looking to lose some weight. Ive already been working out and drinking alot of water and a few diet adjustments. Looking for some advice on what I should drink on the weekends at bars. Im in college and im not willing to stop going out or stop drinking. Typically I get several bud light, redbullvodka and jager bombs on a night out. any suggestions on what beer or liquors might be better?

I'd go with Miller Lite.

Thats what Nick Lachey always drank on that show The Newlyweds, and look at how ripped that fool is! :toast:

There's a misconception that shots of liquor are better for keeping weight off, when in reality they have as many calories as light beer. The most important thing is to get up the next morning and exercise (as hard as it might be)

I absolutely swear by coors light. I know I know a lot of you hate the taste its not good qaulity etc.

It's the one drink I have come across in my travels thats helped me keep my weight down and even manage to lose some in the process.

Coors Light is the shit!

I could drink that forever!

Although, this girl at a party I was at last Friday was telling me it was "piss water" lol.

I was like "Yea, I love this shit." Then she was like, "Oh, I was about to say its piss water." Then we both laughed then made out!! :toast:

If its liquor then clear is usually safe, and if mixing then mix it with diet soda. Juices can hide a lot of calories.

151 rum - a few shots of it and you are good to go. Better than drinking 8 coors lights at 100 cal a piece

HERE YOU GO........

started this 2 weeks ago...buy a bottle of vodka (64 calories no carbs) i do a double 2 oz so this is 128 calories...then i searched internet for a beverage with no carbs and found it! and to top it off it also has no calories! it comes in 3 flavors strawberry-kiwi...raspberry....orange mango...SO FAR MY FAV IS RASPBERRY...will be trying the strawberry-kiwi tonight!

each is in 17 oz. bottle so i get 4 mixed drinks per bottle...ONLY DRAWBACK IS I COULD ONLY FIND AT SAMS...but an 18 pack (6 of each flavor) was only 9.00...throw in about 20 for a half gallon of vodka and you can drink a long time for 30.00

WITH VERY LITTLE CALORIES AND NO CARBS! wished i would have known a long time ago and i would have saved a lot of money and lbs

oh forgot to give you the name! SPARKLING ICE....they say it is better with rum,but it is delicious with vodka

Sparkling Ice is a not-too-sweet, low-calorie soft drink which comes in a variety of flavors; we've got Orange Mango, Pink Grapefruit and Black Raspberry in the fridge. A few people who have come over have expressed mixed opinions, but I love the subtlety and uniqueness of the flavors. If you're getting sick of Diet Coke, I'd recommend giving these drinks a try.

Let's get down to brass tacks. How much for the ap

Theres no carbs in the liquor itself but when you body processes the alcohol it turns to sugar. Which makes you gain weight. Its a marketing ploy. All liquor turns to sugar.
